The difference relates to rack height and power budget (1A/2A+). The appropriate rack unit and ampere option is determined based on the hardware size and power consumption you require.

Your servers are hosted in the Bursa data center, in infrastructure compliant with Tier III standards. Low latency and 1 Gbps+ uplink options suitable for domestic traffic within Turkey are available.

We offer a default 1 Gbps port and unlimited traffic (fair usage and policies apply). For corporate projects, upgrades to 10 Gbps and dedicated port options are available.

Yes. Remote KVM console, virtual media/ISO mounting, and remote reboot operations are standard in emergency situations. This minimizes the need for physical intervention.

Shelf allocation, cabling, power/port assignment, and IP definitions are generally completed within the same business day. For large installations, a project plan and SLA schedule are created.

You can bring your device yourself, send it by courier, or get support from our on-site installation/transportation team. After delivery, we will unpack it and perform the initial setup.
